This course is designed for all staff who may be required to handle personal and sensitive personal information as part of their job. The aim of this programme is to give staff a basic understanding of the Environment Agency’s obligations under the Data Protection Act.
The course was designed as a games based interaction rather than a page turner approach. The user guide a character through his first day at the Environment Agency, meeting other characters and lerning about data protection.

This course is designed for all personnel who are involved with the prescribing, handling and the administration of blood and blood components are required to abide by the Trust Policy to ensure safe practice at all times.
The course was designed using the Kallidus Learning Management System and will allow the trust to keep the content up to date when new policies and practices are introduced.

The process for requesting access to code and authorise invoices via the Sprinter system had changed, channel 4 wanted a training simulation of the programme showing all the updated features.
