What can you expect from us?
When you contact the helpdesk by telephone, every effort will be made to resolve your query as soon as possible. Our aim is to resolve any issue on the same day that you contact us, and in 80% of cases, questions are answered during the first call by our first level support team.

When you contact the helpdesk by email, we will respond to your email within 24 hours, but again, in most cases, responses are usually within the hour.

Your call details are held by us in a Customer Support database and an issue number assigned to you. If the nature of your call is such that you require ongoing support, this issue number helps us track the progress of your query.

The response time of your query may depend on the level of support contract that you have with e2train. Please contact your e2train Account Manager if you are unsure about this.
