View resource availability

The resource availability report shows a calendar of events for a single resource, one month at a time. To view the availability for a resource, click Availability on the contents menu to display the “Resource Availability” report.

Where a resource is booked for a day or part of a day, it is shaded on the calendar and the event or user booking information is listed at the bottom of the report. The calendar initially shows the current month, but you can use the left and right scroll arrows in the calendar title bar to change the month displayed.
