View a user's message board

When you create a new user, Kallidus Learning Management System automatically creates a personal message board for the user. The user has access to their message board from the “Messages” page on their learning portal. Administrators and managers can use the message board to pass information onto the user. Kallidus Learning Management System will also post automatic reminder emails to the message board if the user does not have an email address.

To view the contents of a user’s message board, select a user to display the “User Details” page. Click View next to the Message board is enabled check box to open the message board. The message board behaves in the same way as a course forum, with topics and messages. You can view any of the messages and create new ones.
