Create or edit training records for external courses
Kallidus Learning Management System can record training information for courses a user has taken outside of the Learning Management System. For example, a user may decide to take an evening class, and their manager may want to record this on the user’s training record. All external courses for a user appear on reports alongside the managed training.

To
view the external training records for a user, click Other
courses on the contents menu to display the “External
Courses” page. The page lists the titles for all external
courses that have been added to the user’s training record.
Click New to create a new training record for an external course, or click the course title to edit an existing record. The “External Course Details” page appears where you can edit the course Title, Description, Score achieved, Time spent, CPD Points, Date completed, and Tutor. All fields are optional except for the title.
Click Submit to save the new details, or Return to return to the list of external courses for the user. Click Delete to delete the record for the external course.
