Create or edit a resource
Administrators can create and edit resources in the Learning Management System. Follow these steps to create or edit a resource:
1. Click Administration on the navigation bar, and then click Resource on the contents menu to display the resource list. Click New at the bottom of the page to display the “Resource Administration” page.

2. Enter a Title and Description, and select a resource type for the resource. The title must be unique.
3. Add a Cost per hour for the resource. This is the cost of using the resource, and is used to calculate the resource cost column on the event detail and event summary reports.
4. Click Submit to save the resource details, or Return to cancel. Click Delete to delete the resource. If you delete the resource, it is removed from all associated learning events, and all booking information is lost.
