Assign users to an accreditation
You can assign accreditations to a user as a record of the accreditations they have achieved or are working towards. When you assign accreditations to users, users can work toward achieving the accreditation by completing elements. Managers and accreditors perform a manual review process, at the end of which the user is awarded the accreditation.

To
view the users that are working toward an accreditation, click User
on the contents menu to display the “User Assignments”
page. The page shows all the users that have the accreditation,
or are working toward it. Users may appear more than once in the
list if the accreditation has expired.
To assign a user to the accreditation, click Edit at the bottom of the page to show the list of available users. The page shows all users defined in the Learning Management System, excluding those that already have an unexpired accreditation, or are working towards it. To assign a user, tick the check box next to the user’s name, and click Submit.
