Assign documents to a user

You can assign documents from the document repository to a user so they can view them from the Learning Management System. Users can view the documents assigned to them on their “Messages” page by clicking Messages in the navigation bar.

To view the document assignments for a user, click Document on the contents menu to display the “Document Assignments” page. The page shows a list of all the documents to which the user has access.

To add a new document, click Edit to show the list of available documents. The page shows all documents in the document repository, with a check box to show the current document assignments (which appear at the top of the list).

To assign a document to the user, tick the check box next to the document title. To remove a document, clear the check box. Click Submit to save the new document assignments, or Return to return to the list of current document assignments.
