Assign documents to a resource
You can assign documents from the document repository to a resource to attach further information. Administrators and managers can view the documents while arranging learning events.
To view the document assignments for a resource, click Document on the contents menu to display the “Document Assignments” page. The page shows a list of all the documents that are assigned to the resource.
To add a new document, click Edit to show the list of available documents. The page shows all documents in the document repository, with a check box to show the current document assignments (which appear at the top of the list).
To assign a document to the resource, tick the check box next to the document title. To remove a document, clear the check box. Click Submit to save the new document assignments, or Return to return to the list of current document assignments.
