Assign users to competencies
You can assign competencies and grades to a user to define the user’s skill levels. For example, a user could have the competency “Word Processing Skills”, at grade “3”. You can use the user’s competency and grade level to analyse their skill set against job roles.

To
view the user assignments for a competency, click User on the contents menu to display
the “User Assignments” page. The page lists all the
users that have achieved the competency, and shows the grade that
has been achieved.
To edit the grade for a user assignment, click Edit next to the user’s name. Select the new grade from the drop down list, and click Save to save it.
To assign a new user to the competency, click Edit at the bottom of the page to show the list of available users. The page shows all the users defined in the Learning Management System, with a check box to show the users currently have the competency. Current user assignments appear at the top of the list.
To assign a user to a competency, tick the check box next to the user’s name. To remove a user, clear the check box. Click Submit to save the new user assignments, or Return to return to the current user assignments.
