Assign elements to an accreditation

Accreditations can have one or more elements that together make up an accreditation. For example, an accreditation may require a user to pass several exams before the accreditation is awarded. When an accreditor is reviewing a user’s accreditation, they will review each element, and when all elements have been passed, the accreditation is awarded.



To view elements for an accreditation, click Element in the contents menu to display the “Accreditation Elements” page. This page lists all the elements that make up the accreditation.

To add an existing element to an accreditation, click Edit at the bottom of the page to show the list of available accreditation elements. The page shows all the elements defined in the Learning Management System, with a check box to show the elements that are currently assigned to the accreditation. Current element assignments appear at the top of the list.

To assign an element to an accreditation, tick the check box next to the element title. To remove an element, clear the check box. Click Submit to save the new element assignments, or Return to return to the current element assignments.
