Assign documents to an accreditation

You can assign documents from the document repository to an accreditation to attach further information, or review instructions. Managers and accreditors can view the documents during the review process with a user.

To view the document assignments for an accreditation, click Document on the contents menu to display the “Document Assignments” page. The page shows a list of all the documents to which the reviewer has access.

To add a new document, click Edit to show the list of available documents. The page shows all documents in the document repository, with a check box to show the current document assignments (which appear at the top of the list).

To assign a document to the accreditation, tick the check box next to the document title. To remove a document, clear the check box. Click Submit to save the new document assignments, or Return to return to the list of current document assignments.
