Creating a New Lesson

To create a New Lesson in Kallidus® 6 Author, move the mouse-pointer to, and click on Create Lesson in the Options menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen.

The Lesson Properties dialogue box will appear:

You must give your new lesson a Code (can be any lesson code of your choice).  You may make the code using both uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers.  It is recommended that you avoid using special characters (e.g. *&?/.(),!”^) or spaces in your Code.

You must also give your new lesson a Title, and a Description if you wish.

Other non-mandatory fields are to add the Lesson’s Author, a competency level and a Status (e.g. for development-to-release tracking).
