Launching Kallidus® 6 Author

When you have completed the Kallidus® 6 Author installation, an icon will appear on your Windows Desktop, labelled ‘Kallidus6 Author’. There will also be shortcut placed in your Window Start Menu

Double-click on the Windows Desktop icon to launch Kallidus® 6 Author.

The Kallidus® 6 Authoring System Lessons Menu should appear. Each content object in “Kallidus” is called a “Lesson”.  From this main page, you should be able to perform the following actions:

• Create new Lessons
• Launch previously saved Lessons
• Edit the Properties of previously saved Lessons
• Duplicate Lessons
• Export Lessons
• Import Lessons
• Delete Lessons

Each of these actions is explained in more detail later in this User Guide.
