Uninstalling Kallidus® 6 Author

To uninstall Kallidus® 6 Author from your computer, follow the following procedure.

Ensure you have closed the Kallidus® 6 Author program.

Insert the CD labelled Kallidus® 6 Author in to your CD-Rom Drive.

Click Start à Run.  In the box that appears, type:  d:\setup.exe   where ‘d:’ is the drive letter assigned to your CD-Rom drive.

The InstallShield program will launch and begin the installation process.

Click ‘OK’ to confirm that you wish to completely remove Kallidus® 6  Author

A dialogue box will be displayed with a percentage bar displaying the uninstall procedure progress.

A ‘Maintenance Complete’ message should appear once the procedure has completed.  Click ‘Finish’ to close the Uninstall program.

Note:   The uninstall program will remove the Kallidus® 6 6 Author program files and associated .dll files that were installed to your computer.  For safety reasons, the uninstall program does not remove the lessons you have created in the Author.

If required, the folder ‘e2train’ can be removed manually, but you will lose any lessons that you have created.
