Kallidus Performance: Features

e2train’s Kallidus Performance module enables organisations to maximise the potential of their people by aligning employee targets and performance to strategic goals and objectives. It adds a complete suite of competency measurement including performance reviews and appraisals, and ongoing development of skills and talent.   Features include:

General Features:

Reporting: 

  • Report on status of development review progress within an organisation

  • Run development review (appraisal) process for individuals for specific job roles

  • Allows reviewers and individuals to assess and select performance level for competencies/skills, which can be supported by a free text box
