e2train attributes its 920 Percent Revenue Growth to teamwork and knowledgeable customer base
Cirencester, Gloucestershire, 11 November 2005 – Learning technology organisation e2train today announced that it was ranked second in the 2005 Deloitte Rising Star Technology awards, a ranking of the fastest growing technology companies in the London & Southern Region. Rankings are based on average percentage revenue growth over three years between 2002 and 2004. e2train grew 920 percent during this period.
e2train’s Managing Director, Rob Caul, was delighted with the company’s achievement. Said Rob, "The award is a great boost for everybody at the organisation who have placed us in this position. Rising Star and Fast 50 Selection and Qualifications
The Rising Star and Fast 50 list is compiled from Deloitte’s nominations submitted directly to the Fast 50, and public company database research. To qualify, entrants must have had, in the first year, operating revenues of at least 50,000 Euros. Deloitte researchers examined financial statements to validate operating revenues. Entrants must also be public or private companies headquartered in a participating region of the UK and must be a “technology company,” defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify.
