Kallidus Performance 8.3 new features include:

* Competency statement section - Define whether or not an employee is competent to perform their role * User specific edits for group objectives - Group objectives can be assigned to multiple employees or teams, which can now be tailored to individual criteria or requirements so each employee can have their own version of a group objective* Objective edit restrictions - New permissions enable managers to allow or restrict employee access when setting and editing objectives
