e2train has added a new module to its product range, which provides performance review and development, appraisal, competency and 360° assessment functionality to its Kallidus Learning Management System.
Kallidus Performance will be of special interest to corporations that are keen to reduce costs by simplifying and automating performance review processes or that need to align their people more directly to their business goals.
The new system will enable trainers and HR managers to improve company performance by enabling them to set and review personal development objectives which can be aligned to business goals. Its new features will streamline the development review process using a totally web-based system with automated workflow. It will reduce administration by providing seamless integration with training activities and processes and powerful skills analysis reporting to help target development resources and facilitate careers succession planning. Other key features will enable users to:
- Create, edit, allocate and manage multiple job roles via individual profiles, categories.
- Allocate competencies/skills and set target levels and link recommended training for specific job roles.
- Easily create and edit sophisticated competency frameworks .
- Create multiple categories and groups of competencies/skills.
- Allocate online documents to support description of competencies/skills
- Report on the status of development review progress within an organisation.
- Analyse competency/skills for specific groups of staff and/or specific job roles.
- Conduct development reviews (appraisals) for people for specific job roles.
- Set review dates, number and levels of reviewers
- Set and review individual objectives with target dates
- Allows reviewers and individuals to assess and select performance level for competencies/skills.
- Distribute date triggered email reminders and links for development reviews.
- Have highly secure access using unique username and password and an encrypted database. Customisable administration rights and permissions further protect data
