e2train has added a new Learning Content Management System to its Kallidus Learning Suite.
The new product means that e2train now offers a range of four applications within the Learning Suite to enable users to create and manage learning programmes, develop employee knowledge and report on results for measurable benefits.
Kallidus Learning Content Management System is a highly scalable system designed to enable organisations to drive productivity through learning content management, knowledge sharing, assessment, rapid authoring and performance support.
Entirely browser-based, the system provides the ability to streamline the capture of information and development of learning materials, improve the management and sharing of information across an organisation as well as consistently manage all learning programs for both online and instructor-led formats. Flexible delivery options allow rapid access to important learning and knowledge resources.
Kallidus LCMS offers the following features:
- Built-In Storyboard Facility: Integrates design and development into a seamless process, reducing time to market and cost of e-learning
- Collaborative Authoring: Browser access to a central database of reusable assets
- Workflow Management: Built-in tools for assigning/managing tasks speed up the development process
- Drag and Drop Course Builder: Rapid creation of courses via an intuitive drag-n-drop interface
- Robust and Flexible Authoring: Subject matter experts can develop rich, interactive learning content without programming skills including scenarios and adaptive learning
- Software Application Simulation: Develop simulation exercises to speed up deployment of enterprise applications
- Standards-Compliant-Content: Generates SCORM/AICC compliant content for exporting
Kallidus LCMS is based on the proven, award winning ForceTen platform, already one of the most popular solutions in the US. It was recently recognised by Bersin & Associates as having the richest feature set in the LCMS market.
