Operations Manager

e2train has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager. This role will report to the Professional Services Director. As part of a restructuring exercise and to manage our future growth we have introduced this pivotal role.

We are currently seeking an energetic high calibre individual to work as Operations Manager to ensure operational efficiency in the delivery of all client projects against time, cost and quality of service. This role will be office based in our Cirencester Office.

A key part of this role will be to design and implement process improvements aimed at streamlining activities while improving operational efficiencies. Ideally, educated to degree level, this is a new role with a real opportunity to shape this area. The core emphasis will be to focus on developing a cohesive, professionally focused team with the capability of increasing productivity with improved quality of service delivery in excess of customer expectations and business KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Key contact between sales and customer for the organisation of all customer orders and service deliverables
  • Optimise operational performance with improved utilisation through use of an online team scheduling and project tracking tool
  • Leading, managing and motivating a busy team to agreed KPI’s
  • Implementation of chosen project tracking and scheduling tool across the business
  • Financial tracking of services delivery against budget 
  • Monitor usage of time reporting tool, quality and integrity of data input
  • Project Management of assigned client implementations
  • Maintenance of Professional Services ISO processes to ensure accurately and conformity 
  • Ensure quality standards in all team deliverables are met while building an environment for continuous improvement

Essential requirements:

  • Educated to Degree level
  • Prince 2
  • Excellent IT skills (all Microsoft Office packages)
  • Sound operational knowledge with strong background in similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding management, communication and influencing skills
  • Proven financial experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills
